Terms of Service

Cancellation / Rescheduling

Once we have confirmed your cleaning service date in our system and have dedicated that time slot, with a two-hour arrival window, for you. Although your booking has been secured in our system, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking. Here is our rescheduling and cancellation policies: 

  • Rescheduled bookings can be scheduled no more than 7 days from the original service date. 
  •  Rescheduled cleanings made within 48 hours of your booking date, will be charged a $50 fee.
  •  Same day (within 24 hours) rescheduled cleanings will be charged a $50 fee. 
  •  Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking date, will be charged a $75 fee. 
  •  Same day (within 24 hours) cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of your cleaning fee. 



Lock Out Fee

We will make every effort to communicate any difficulties gaining entry to the

home including calling, texting, and emailing.

  •   Our cleaners will knock on the front door, ring the doorbell, and announce themselves upon arrival.
  • If a key was not left and other instructions to gain entry to the home were not made available, then our team will wait up to 1 hour before service would need to be rescheduled, and those services would need to be rescheduled within 24 hours or they will be cancelled. 
  • Any lockouts of 45 minutes or more would incur a $100 fee. Please note that this fee is in addition to any rescheduling or cancellation fee.



Phone Estimate

Please be advised the estimate given over the phone is based off the information we receive from you. Occasionally pricing may change and will be confirmed with you beforehand. If the condition of the home is much dirtier or the home/area needing cleaned is much bigger than expected, we may need to adjust the pricing for service.

  •   Also please keep in mind that our housekeepers are not qualified to clean up human or animal feces, bodily fluids, or deal with infestations, and if such is needed you may be referred to a biohazard cleaning service.  
  • If we cannot service you due to these conditions when our cleaners show up, a 50% service fee will still be charged for them driving out and their time slot used.

Seperate Policies

We typically cannot clean outdoor areas, biohazards, inside machinery (ex: dishwasher), etc. 

  •  The cleaners cannot do junk removal or moving of personal items. Please be sure that any large debris or items are removed or relocated prior to the cleaning. 
  • Cleaners bring supplies unless you specify otherwise. If you have a specific product, you would like used, we ask that you have it out for the cleaners to use. 
  • Cleaners cannot lift or move items over 25 pounds. If you want us to clean behind anything, we ask that you move it before we arrive. 
  •  You are welcome to book for a set amount of time; however, we cannot guarantee job completion if you are imposing a cut off time.
  • Please empty cabinets and defrost freezers before relevant services. 
  • The cleaners do not travel with step stools or ladders. If there are any extremely high or out of reach areas that you'd like cleaned, we ask that you provide a safe means of access. 
  • Fees are based on job completion and quality, not time taken. We cannot offer a discount because the provider completed the job faster or slower than anticipated.
