Once we have confirmed your cleaning service date in our system and have dedicated that time slot, with a two-hour arrival window, for you. Although your booking has been secured in our system, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking. Here is our rescheduling and cancellation policies:
We will make every effort to communicate any difficulties gaining entry to the
home including calling, texting, and emailing.
Please be advised the estimate given over the phone is based off the information we receive from you. Occasionally pricing may change and will be confirmed with you beforehand. If the condition of the home is much dirtier or the home/area needing cleaned is much bigger than expected, we may need to adjust the pricing for service.
We typically cannot clean outdoor areas, biohazards, inside machinery (ex: dishwasher), etc.
